One of the things that a person must test is himself; He who does not know his abilities and talents cannot determine his direction in life, and his aptitudes are revealed only through experience and testing, and work is the field in which his abilities and talents emerge.
He can also determine the type of work by evaluating his performance in many jobs and diagnosing his aptitudes. If it is not consistent with his abilities and aptitudes, he may choose another job, and so on. Until he finally gets the job he likes and the profession that suits him.
When he reveals his desire for that work, his motivation and desire to practice the details of the work will be strong, and innovation, creativity, and activity will appear in his performance, not just that he is working for the money and to raise the level of his income.
A person must choose the work that suits his talents and temperament in order for him to be attracted to it. If the work is not compatible with his desire, and his goal in doing it is to obtain money only, it will not have any educational impact, and he will not achieve any achievement in it Sat creativity and innovation;
A person’s presence in a job that he does not like or desire may be a reason for the emergence of cases of corruption and lack of sincerity in achievement, and then there will be a negative result on the person’s spirit as well.
This is why a person should change his way of thinking towards work. He chooses the professions he likes, not because he only thinks about profit and increasing income, and he stops working that he does not find himself wanting, even if it brings in many profits from it, but rather what is compatible with his talents, abilities, and aptitude is good And the blessing.
