Freedom is considered one of the greatest divine blessings and the finest element of human material and moral happiness. The desire for freedom and liberation that is innately present deep within every human being is considered one of the most beautiful natural human desires.
Under freedom, the mind can think well, and to the extent of its ability, the extent of its awareness of facts. In light of freedom, a person can highlight his material and moral preparations and invest in them, thus achieving the perfection that befits him. In an environment where freedom prevails, all instinctive desires and natural inclinations can be satisfied in the right amount that makes life beautiful and delicious in the eyes of man.
The bottom line is that all human beings, regardless of their nationalities and peoples, seek freedom, adore it, and reject captivity and restrictions. If they lose their freedom one day, they will try with everything in their power to regain it.
Animals and the desire for freedom:
Man is not the only one who desires freedom and seeks to break restrictions in order to achieve it. There is a similar desire that dominates the animal world. When a free bird is placed inside a cage, it loses its mind and is unable to make a decision. Fear and anxiety take over it, and it flops left and right like crazy, hoping to find an outlet through which it can escape to save itself from captivity and regain its freedom.
Although the hunter had provided the bird inside the cage with all the necessities for living, including water and food, the bird did not care about that, as if he wanted the hunter to understand in his own way that water and food have no value without freedom, and the caged bird continues its efforts in the hope of regaining its freedom.
