The establishment of intimate relations between the child and the teacher constitutes the cornerstone of the safety and comfort of the child in educational institutions. It may have been difficult for the child to distance himself from his mother and from the intimate and loving family environment in the first days and weeks. But his feeling that his teacher loves him and has a special respect for him will pave the way for his familiarity with him, and he will feel great pleasure from his presence in the classroom and his conversation with the teacher. Through great care, it gives him the audacity to advance.
And the teacher should present himself as a father to the student and tell him that he will play this role, and seek his progress and consider him as his son, and thus will not allow him to take advantage of this opportunity. He must seek to compensate for the lack of love resulting from the death of the father, and apply order and discipline while preserving his care for the child and his good relationship with him. And if the teacher and principal are two individuals who are educated, aware, committed, and loving to the offspring of the martyr, the death of the father will not seem like a complete deprivation for the child, because the child will walk a path in which he feels hope and life, and he will move forward armed with boldness and confidence.
