Fathers and mothers, and anyone who wants to improve his child, must think of a way to rehabilitate his child, and draw a plan for that. And determines why he became like this? How can he be saved from what is in him?
What does it mean to rehabilitate and reform children?
It is for mothers and fathers to monitor the moral and educational problems that appear in their children’s behavior, which cause them to face social problems and cause them to suffer from psychological pain and illness, and then develop an integrated project to treat them and rehabilitate them so they can be good children
Children during their various stages of development need guidance guiding their behavior, and reformist attempts must be made in accordance with specific controls and decisions to keep them within the circle of safety in their behavior, and the educator must know the necessary methods and techniques therefore; here are five recommendations that are useful in rehabilitating and reforming children:
First: Accept the condition and situation of the child as it is, and not express our dissatisfaction with whether he is ugly or beautiful, a boy or a girl. We may feel resentful of his violations, but we must think that the situation will not continue in this state and we must take the initiative to fix it.
Second: It is important for the son to feel that his parents love and respect him, and if they order him to do something and forbid him to do another or punish him, all of that is for his own good and benefit. It is necessary for the child to realize that his parents are close to him, sacrificing for him, and loving for him, they strive to preserve him, and they will not take it away his comfort, and they will not prevent him from playing, and they have no intention of harming him.
Third: Actual and permanent presence within the child’s space and giving him the necessary time. It is very unfortunate that the preoccupations of educators and fathers and mothers have become such that their relationship with their children is superficial. The father or mother returns home while the children are asleep, and they go out to work in the morning while they are asleep, mothers and fathers can take the initiative and benefit from the remaining opportunity to raise their children.
Fourth: The more patience and control we have over ourselves while raising and rehabilitating the child, the more successful we will be in reforming him and bringing him to perfection, and the more ready he becomes for growth and integration, because imposing things by force and disturbing the atmosphere with screaming and anger does not lead to good results .
Fifth: Parents who want to prepare and improve their child must seek the help of all those with opinions in this field who have experience and expertise, and they must consult the teacher, principal, and educational official in the school regarding matters of raising their children, as they have opinions and experience and are knowledgeable On children's issues in society.
