4. The successful teacher gives the daily and monthly test score an academic value that goes beyond emotion and the satisfaction of the school administration in achieving high percentages that are not consistent with the real level of the students.
5. A successful teacher motivates students to acquire skills and arts, such as drawing, using computers, and other activities.
6. The successful teacher must overcome the internal and external crises that affect the academic level and not be subject to pressures that may rob him of his ability to develop and build the educational and scientific process.
7. Investing free time in useful guidance that refreshes the spirit and motivates adherence to change and achieving advanced ranks in scientific excellence of methodological lessons.
8. The successful teacher is not affected by the general atmosphere, which may sometimes be characterized by coldness and indifference, to develop the student morally and scientifically.
