China-made high-speed electric passenger train made its debut on the Jakarta-Bandung High-Speed Railway on November 9 (local time) in Indonesia during a test conducted to ensure the power supply equipment of the railway meets the conditions for joint debugging.

With a design speed of 350 km per hour, the Jakarta-Bandung HSR built with Chinese technology will cut the journey between Jakarta and Bandung, the capital of Indonesia's West Java province, from over three hours to around 40 minutes.
