  • Explore other cultures: You should also move beyond your personal world and explore different cultures through reading, visiting exhibitions, and attending seminars. Absorb what you find useful to help improve your life.
  • Stay active: Don’t just sit for long periods working and thinking. Engage in physical activity that keeps you fit, gets your blood flowing, and helps relieve stress and pressure. This will refresh your mind, release negative energy, and replenish you with positive energy.
  • Care for others: Don’t focus only on yourself. Dedicate time to caring for others—share in their joys and sorrows, support them in times of crisis, and check in on how they’re doing.
  • Learn new skills and cultures: It's never too late to learn something new or join educational programs. Why not study a new field, learn a new craft, pick up a musical instrument, or explore the world of ornamental plants and how to care for them?
