For a life based on moral commitment among people, and the minimum of this commitment is achieved in one of two things:

The first: Commitment, albeit in a relative manner, to the entire moral vocabulary. That is, commitment to some honesty, some loyalty, some generosity, some courage, some giving, and some virility.

The second: absolute commitment to at least one single moral.

In order for us to live with people, and society to continue to be cohesive, some kind of commitment must be achieved, even partially, with moral virtues, or absolute commitment to one of its vocabulary.

As for the failure to achieve the two things, it will lead to the disintegration of society and the disintegration of the relationship between its members, as how can people who do not adhere to the minimum standards of good morals?

And how can one deal with someone who does not adhere at all to loyalty, honesty, chivalry, and the likes of that?

Some may say: Adorning all the moral vocabulary will only be done in heaven, so how can we demand it in this world?

The answer is: This is true, except that we did not demand absolute commitment to morals, rather we demanded relative commitment, and this means that the inability to adhere to absolute morals in this world does not preclude striving for transcendence towards the sublime, and achieving a rank of sublime morals, for without morals society cannot be virtuous.

And we see that most of the societies that reached civilization adhered to certain proportions of the moral vocabulary, and their lives developed at the same rate to which they adhered, and the stronger the commitment, the greater the rate of development for them was.

Some may ask: Do you think that if the society adhered to one moral term completely, and then transcended the rest of the vocabulary, would that be beneficial?

And the answer: Of course it will be so, because having any moral characteristic, even if it is one, leads to adherence to other moral vocabulary, because moral traits are naturally related to each other... Generosity is linked to chivalry. Giving is associated with masculinity. Loyalty is linked to honesty... and so on.

Can a society be fully committed to the capacity of honesty without that society being committed to loyalty as well?

Of course... no.

So having one moral characteristic will lead to commitment to the rest of the moral traits.

Moreover, morals stem from the human being, so whoever has a sweet soul, and his intentions are good, his heart is pure, and his mind is luminous, he will adhere to the virtues of morals, beautiful qualities, and be a model for all virtues. However, that alone is not enough, but good education must be available completely.

In order for the plant to be healthy, the kernel must be healthy, and the land must also be healthy.

From here, whoever is raised well, and nourished mentally well, will be the beginning of a righteous society, because good soil produces good plants.

As for the one who is raised in the arms of the corrupt, he cannot enjoy good manners and good qualities. He may be brave, but he does not put his courage in the service of justice and defending the oppressed, but rather he puts it in the service of the oppressors. And there is no middle ground between blackness and whiteness. Whoever possesses one moral characteristic in a self-made manner, is the bearer of the rest of the characteristics, but they are hidden in him, and he needs someone to show them and bring them out.

Cohabitation with people of virtue brings out the hidden beautiful qualities, while intercourse with the people of sin brings out the hidden bad qualities, and therefore every person must avoid association with the wicked, and turn towards the good people, so as to soar in the sky of virtues.
