It also contains antioxidants that are able to protect skin cells from the effect of free radicals and ultraviolet radiation, which slows down aging process.”
According to her, persimmons (persimmons, persimmons) are a very nutritious product and can become a favorite fruit in the autumn-winter period.
She says: "The persimmon fruit contains elements such as iodine, iron, calcium, potassium, phosphorus, and beta-carotene. According to her, thanks to these substances, eating kiwi from the lymphatic system removes excess fluid from the body, which reduces edema (swelling of the extremities), increases the activity of enzymes, improves metabolism and thus slows down aging.
