Kolmogorov Constant

The inertial subranges of velocity power spectra for homogeneous turbulence exhibit a power law with exponent . This exponent () is called the Kolmogorov constant by Le Lionnais (1983, p. 41). However, the constant more commonly known as the Kolmogorov constant is the multiplier of the power law (Sreenivasan 1995).
